Where Business Meets the Wild
Montana Fly Fishing Lodge runs corporate retreats as a private buyout of the lodge: your group has the rooms, the meals, and the guides. The Flagship Lodge holds no more than 18 guests. A guide fishes with one or two anglers, and Billings airport transfers can be arranged for the group.
There is conference space. The Flagship Lodge has it in the recreation barn. Spring Creek Lodge has it in the main Great Room. Bighorn River Fly Fishing Lodge does not. A typical retreat is several nights at one lodge — days on the water, a meeting when you want one, and dinner at the lodge — and the itinerary is written for your group rather than pulled off a fixed schedule.
Retreats are used for executive teams, incentive trips, and client events. Guides work with first-time casters and experienced anglers on the same trip, and non-fishing guests have horseback riding, hiking, and the lodge itself.
