Reservation Terms
Deposit, Balance & Cancellation
- 1. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- 2. Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
- 3. Cancellations 90 or more days prior to arrival: Your payments to date will be converted to a credit toward a future stay, valid for 24 months from the cancellation date, minus credit card processing fees. A gift card containing your unique redemption code will be emailed to the reservation main contact. This is not a cash refund.
- 4. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival: All payments to date are forfeited.
- 5. No-shows: Treated the same as a cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival — all payments are forfeited.
- 6. Travel insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events.
These terms apply to all-inclusive lodge packages and day-trip bookings. They are also presented in your Lodge OS booking summary at checkout, where you'll formally accept them before payment.
